** Multiple shifts available: 10am to 7pm; 11am to 8pm; 3pm to 12am; 12am to 9am

** Trainings schedule: M - F 9am to 6pm

The right candidate should be:

+ Able to pass a drug test and a background check

+ Available to work on weekends

salary: $16.5 - $17.28 per hour

education: High School or GED


+ The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to BMW customers, following program guidelines and call center standards.

+ Able to handle emergency calls, stolen vehicles, and road assistance programs.

+ Respond to incoming calls and other messages from BMW customers and provide them with accurate answers and guidelines related to the BMW programs and services.

+ Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.

+ Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

+ Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a smoke free environment

+ working weekends


+ Active Listening

+ Empathy

+ Customer Service (6 months of experience is required)

+ Descalation of calls

+ Telephone Etiquette

+ Computer Literacy (1 year of experience is required)

+ 6 month of Experience

+ Typing Skills

+ Customer Relations

+ Call Center Support (6 months of experience is preferred)

+ Fluent English speaker

+ Manage High Volume of Calls

+ Use multiple systems

+ Able to manage urgent calls


+ Experience: 6 months of call center experience required

+ Experience level: Entry Level
