Job Summary: Perform manual labor, assisting skilled craft workers in performing assigned duties.

Job Requirements :

+ Unload and carry materials at construction sites

+ Clean up site from debris and discarded material

+ Operate pneumatic tools

+ Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures

+ Committed to culture of safety and quality

+ Assist carpenters and other trades

+ Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements :

+ Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

+ Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.

+ Good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.

+ Wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.

+ Walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile

+ Talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on telephone

+ Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
