This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3990 Concours Street, Ontario, CA.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for training new Customer Service Reps onsite for 30-90 days

+ Taking inbound calls

+ Offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization

+ Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team

**Required Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience

+ 2+ years of experience in customer service in a medical environment

+ 2+ years of experience training new hires for a call center role in customer service

+ Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

+ Ability to troubleshoot IT / Computer issues independently

+ Ability to type 40-50 words per minute

+ Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST

+ Must be 18 years of age OR older

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of office experience working within scheduling OR training in the medical field setting

+ Familiarity with medical terminology

**Telecommuting Requirements:**

+ Reside within a commutable distance of our office location at 3990 Concours Street, Ontario, CA

+ Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

+ Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

+ Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

**Soft Skills:**

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Ability to multi-task

**California Residents Only:** The hourly range for California residents is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour.
