+ Identifies prospects and establishes a professional relationship to understand the customer's needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer's needs.

+ Participates in business development activities for prospects within a defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

+ Identifies bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.

+ Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.

+ Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.

+ Develops personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.

+ Responsible for leveraging existing Service Agreement Customer base for service repair opportunities.

+ Provide leads for service agreement sellers when dealing with customers not under contract

+ Provide leads for Service modernization and controls team

+ Actively manage customer base seeking out opportunities for selling standard preventative Service Repair upgrade packages

+ Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities, and opportunity pipeline

+ An experienced seller who thrives in building long-term customer account relationships to maximize value

+ Seek out or respond to repair opportunities

+ Establish and build credibility with knowledge of Carrier products/solutions

+ Develop and sustain customer relationships

+ Clearly articulate the value of Carrier’s value offerings and how they map to the customers’ needs

+ Ability to detect the Customer’s buying stage and adjust selling accordingly

+ Respond to the customer requirements in a timely manner

+ Gain the booking/order in a timely manner

+ Ability to consistently achieve sales metrics and Annual Targets

+ Effectively negotiate service agreement renewals when required
